I think I'm most tolerant when I see people with the same flaws I see in myself. It's easier to forgive them when I know I have the same issues that I'm dealing with. Least tolerant, I think would be hypocrisy and inability to forgive others. None of us are perfect and I hate to see when people condemn others without taking a look at the skeletons in their own closets.
